A Colombo based diplomat’s panel has toured Mannar yesterday Saturday morning. On the invitation of Minister Risad Badihudeen the delegates panel visited the resettled Muslim people located at Talaimannar Biyar locality, held discussions heard people’s problems.The people made request to the diplomats, the need of homes, drinking water facilities, sanitary conditions and electricity facilities.
Delegates from Palestine, Pakistan, Iran, Iraq, Indonesia, Bangladesh, and Malaysia including delegates from Muslim countries consisted in the delegates’ panel.
Minister Rishard Badihudeen and Vanni district parliament member Hunaiz Farook accompanied the panel.
