A 71-year-old Indian possessing a tourist visa was arrested near the Mannar bus stand by the Mannar police while engaging in illegal trade Monday, police said.
Meanwhile another 45-year-old Indian was arrested in the Pachchanikulam area in Silawathura while for illegal trading. He was also holding a tourist visa
Both suspects are to be produced before the Mannar Magistrate yesterday.
