Budget proposal of the Karaitheevu Pradeshiya Sabaha at Amparai dominated by the Tamil National Alliance defeated yesterday.
Chairman of the council presented the budget proposal for year 2014 on Wednesday morning.
5 members representate in the Karaitheevu Pradeshiya Sabaha.
During the time of voting 4 members including 3 TNA members and one SriLanka Muslim Congress member voted against the budget proposal.
Members blamed that Chairman has prepared the budget proposal according to his own wish.
