Chavakatchcheri court ordered police to hold investigations on threatening issued by military personals against TNA northern provincial council candidate and lawyer Sayandhan.
It was blamed group of military personals visited the house of Sayanthan on July 29 has obtained ID card number ,his mobile number and personal information’s from mother of the candidate.
Sayandhan lodged complaint at Kodigaamam police station, Election Commissioner, Bar Association and Inspector General of Police.
Kodigamam police conduct further inquiries and also reordered statements from four individuals.
They also submitted inquiry report to Chavakatchcheri court.
Case was taken up before the Chavakatchcheri magistrate S. Lenin Kumar and ordered police to record statement from military personals involved in this illegal activity.
Case postponed till September 2.
