Director of the PAFFEREL Rohana Hettiarachchi announced 10 international election monitors are schedule to visit country to monitor elections at Central, North Western and Northern provincial councils.
Elections monitors are from Thailand, Bangladesh and Nepal.
PAFERREL also send letter towards political parties on requesting not to accept nomination papers filed by the criminals.
