A group of Indian fisheries officials are preparing a visit to Sri Lanka for a discussion of the issues that have arisen over Indian fishermen engaging in illegal fishing activities in Sri Lankan waters.
According to The Hindu newspaper, the group of representatives in question are awaiting permission from the Government of Tamil Nadu to visit Sri Lanka.
